Q. What kind of person hires a coach?
A. People from all walks of life. Sometimes a person is seeking help navigating change Other times a person wants to dig into repeating patterns of behaviour that are limiting progression. There are many reasons people seek the professional services of a coach.
Q. Does a coach tell me what to do?
A. No. The lasting impact of coaching happens when you arrive at your own answers and take action. A coach is not a consultant.
Q. Is there a standard body dictating the profession?
A. Yes. The International Coaching Federation or ICF. Royal Roads Certified Executive Coaching program adheres to the standards set forth by the ICF.
Q. Are there different styles of coaching and what if it's not working?
A. Successful coaching relationships are built on trust. It is paramount that you feel comfortable with your coach. Take time researching to determine "Fit".

One on One Executive and Life Coaching
Individual coaching provides a confidential environment for individuals to work through challenges and barriers to performance. A successful coaching session helps individuals see their own blind spots, challenge assumptions and find solutions that may exist outside their current view. It is my belief that almost everyone can benefit from a Coach.
Narrative 360° Feedback
Narrative 360° Feedback is a process of in-depth targeted interviews against a customized set of questions designed with the client. Rich, real-time contextual feedback helps the leader and their coach to focus on those behaviours and competencies most critical to performance to the leaders role in the organization.
