About Graham
As a full-time coach with over 20 years experience, I work with individuals who want more out of life. To "Uplevel". This can look different for everyone. Sometimes upleveling means achieving a lofty physical goal, and other times it's successfully navigating change, burnout or stepping fully into new responsibilities. As a professional coach, I act as a thinking and accountability partner to help create a roadmap, so you can execute on achieving peak physical or professional performance.
With deep expertise in human performance, I have a keen understanding of what it takes for individuals and teams to succeed. Whether I'm designing a physical training program or engaging in an executive/personal coaching session, I find great satisfaction in helping high performers exceed their own limitations.
I primarily work with my clients in one of two ways, physical or mental/emotional. There tends to be overlap in these 2 disciplines of coaching. For instance, when working with athletes and fitness enthusiasts, my executive coach training enables me to dive deeper into motivations and limiting beliefs. When working with a client as their executive or life coach, my skillset as a personal trainer enables me to help clients redefine limits and tap into unrealized reserves. Themes I commonly coach people on are change, habit formation, burnout and leadership.
