12 Week Nutrition with Personal Accountability Coaching
This is a behavioural based nutrition program built and tested by me using the principles of nutrition science as taught by Precision Nutrition.
Throughout the 12 weeks, I will be your Coach as you reshape how you approach food and your eating habits. This means a weekly task and an accountability check in.
We will perform body comp testing at the beginning, middle and end of the program.
This program promises huge results if you're willing to commit. With my help, you will practice consistently eating higher quality food in the right proportions. Over time, this leads to weight loss and increased energy levels.
