High Intensity Interval Training - 12 Weeks
High Intensity Interval Training consists of functional movements done in high gear! This program will help increase stamina (get you more fit) and help reduce body fat when paired with quality nutrition.
From battle ropes and air squats, to sit-ups and mountain climbers, this is an extremely varied program to keep your body moving in new and exciting ways to maximize your efforts.
These sessions are best completed at high intensity, so turn up your ear phones and sweat it out!
Commitment: 3-days/ week 30 minute interval sessions - please allow time for warm up and cool down (stretch)
