CrossFit Programming Advanced
This is geared towards the competitive CrossFitter who wants to win. There is a heavy strength and olympic lifting bias. The program is 36 weeks long with up to 10 sessions per week and 15 hours of training volume.
Testing and supplemental conditioning are regularly planned.
In order to thrive and adapt on this program, an athlete must diligently practice recovery.
Please build in time for sleep and proper nutrition.
