Designed for the CrossFitter wanting results driven programming. The program requires a full complement of equipment you'd find in a CrossFit gym or fully outfitted garage gym.
CrossFit programming and Coaching was my primary focus for over 5 years as a Head Coach and Co-Owner of Forged by Fire CrossFit.
Full commitment is imperative for optimal results.
Time Commitment: Approximately 75 minutes/ session
