Tactical Athlete Program - Police, Fire, Military, EMS
This is a 16 week program designed for the Tactical Athlete. Fitness and function to ensure readiness at all times.
This program is a blend of 60% cardio and 40% strength and power training. Attention is paid to recovery and assumes the individual is a shift worker.
20% of proceeds from this program will be donated to the Ronald McDonald House.
Commitment: 4 - 5 days per week
