Strength 3 - Conjugate
This is an advanced 12 week strength program with the heavy advanced lifter in mind. Using similar methods as Westside Barbell, the conjugate program is about building to maxes and developing speed strength.
Variations are used weekly on the major lifts. Recommended for the advanced lifter who has stalled and understands the need to train hard and recover harder. 4 sessions weekly up to 75 min per session.
Be warned, the assistance side of this program is repetitive.
