At Home Training One
This is a 12 week cross training program designed for training at home with limited equipment. You will need something to lift like a medium weight kettlebell or dumbbell. Attention is given to pushing and pulling, squatting and stepping and getting a good sweat on each session!
Instructions on using a bedsheet to do body rows is included in video format.
Frequency 6 days per week
Duration: 45 - 60 min per session
