Youth Sports Performance ages 13-17
This is a 12 week, 60 min per session, 2 x per week sports performance program for athletes ages 13 - 17.
This program is geared towards a field sport athlete with a focus on injury prevention, strength development and acceleration through the 3 planes of movement.
Familiarization with squatting, deadlifting, pressing, pulling, sprinting and jumping is a prerequisite.
Individual sessions with Graham can serve to help with technique.
