Graham's Daily Remote Programming
This program is for the person training on their own and who has access to a gym. Graham's Daily is ideal for someone who has had previous coaching in the primary lifts.
This project stemmed from requests to continue programming after we closed Forged by Fire CrossFit. I write this program similar to how I programmed for the gym, with less Olympic lifting. It is a generalist program designed to help you become stronger, fitter and faster with stamina to go the distance. The program blends powerlifting, bodyweight movements, conditioning and cleans. We do not snatch in this program.
This is a monthly recurring subscription without a contract. The program is delivered through Truecoach and you have access to me regarding your training through the platform.
